the shareholders of Mecmatica Srl have decided to pursue the further development of the company together with FORUM Family Office (‘FORUM’) in Munich. 

With FORUM Family Office, we found a partner to support our long-term goals and investments. 

FORUM completely relies on on-site entrepreneurs, brings valuable, strategic know-how and completely leaves the operations in the hand of skilled employees. 

With around 30 medium-sized companies and over 1,000 employees, FORUM pursues a sustainable, long-term approach. Special attention is devoted to vertical software for selected sectors and markets. 

We deliberately chose FORUM because it will allow us to continuously work on our products whilst further expanding sales and accelerating the company internationalisation process. Reliability and continuity are our top priorities.
