Quality managed in the production line and in the office in Real Time!

We have developed a base module for quality, integrated in Metronomo Production management system.

It contains many features for managing the following both from the office or directly in the department:

  • Management of Plans and Control Sheets
  • Management of tools to use and review
  • Opening and Closing of Non Compliances
  • Management of letters of exception, attachments, forms and certificates relating to Quality

The module is integrated with the Measurement Tool on the machine and manages the "quality warnings" in the system and departments, following the steps to take and validate, dealt with in the in the control plan.

SPC statistics are assigned to a specific ASI datamyte software program, in direct communication with the Metronomo.Net. database for maximum versatility.
