We offer various hardware and software solutions to be installed both directly on board the single machine tool, or for the work island or department involved.We use Industrial hardware with professional Touch Screen Panel PC from 7 to 15 inches, connected via Wireless or LAN networks. While for Server Terminals we use Axel Ultra Thin Client terminals.
Mecmatica is therefore able to offer the solution or technology mix that best satisfies both your business needs for data collection, and the daily operation of personnel involved in the use of the system at various levels of operation.
Accesses are secured and monitored, the use of personal RFID cards is by now a simple and consolidated practice. The system also has a web interface, and the same Touch Screen Hardware is used for the quality system in the department, as a single multifunctional workstation.
