Intelligent monitoring via LAN and Wi-FI networks

  • With the experience gained in working with over 1700 multi-brand machine tools connected by us, the device is able to provide the typical production feedback: Piece counting, Alarms and Machine Status, CN Stoppages.
  • Particular attention has been given to the development of Firmware with powerful control tools for software management of CN signal, from M codes to the management of the hysteresis of the electrical signals on the machine.
  • The unit is equipped with buffer battery for data retention and a local programming port; the machine tool is connected to a LAN and/or Wireless network with a centralized server or via remote physical device.
  • The data collected can be displayed on Web Server Interface provided by us and can be made available on Microsoft SQL open database for later processing by your pre-existing MES and MRP Management Systems.

We also have intelligent electronic Industrial Boards for direct reporting of the status of productive resources, machine alarms and status, stoppage management and quality control in departments.
